  • In ConVision we activate a process of visioning and cooperation within the corporate community to better outline the strategy, identify problems that may undermine it and work on cross cutting objectives.

Delivery Lab
Defining your priorities

  • During our Delivery Labs, the concrete change design work set out during ConVision is developed. This is where we work on the natural resistance and obstacles given by past habits, so that together we can choose which new paths to pursue and how to overcome difficulties.
  • It is a space for dialogue and negotiation where Vision and Values represent the beacon for operational choices.
  • This is a very important phase, as it is when the organisational culture merges and new solutions arise and are forged.
  • People think together and welcome each other’s contributions as opportunities for progress. Intuition is then backed up by a solid, well defined method of negotiation and co design.

Action Lab
Turning thoughts into actions

  • It is not enough to decide to implement an innovative intervention. It is essential to identify how to realise it and test it in order to implement it effectively.
  • Action Labs are acceleration paths towards the result. They consist of guided interventions that combine the latest innovation practices with the AGILE methodology, achieving outstanding and tangible results in a short period of time.
  • Once having outlined the result to be achieved in accordance with the company’s needs, vision, values and purpose, a brainstorming and problem solving phase is developed so as to get to potential solutions which are subjected to a realistic evaluation and subsequent skimming. This leads to the choice of the solution to be implemented and the
    virtual stress test.
  • The last phase involves the implementation of a pilot project which, through the monitoring of the KPIs and results, is later refined and finally extended.

Mindset & Skills Lab
A new mindset for powerful change

  • Not ony has t he mind of the organisation to be aligned with the movements the body needs to make, but we also have to take into account if it is ready to actually embark on this journey.
  • Change must be supported by a re skilling process fostering the expression of new behaviours and skills that need to be highly functional to the realisation of the organisation’s strategy in line with its values.
  • We look at these interventions as a form of training for the body that the company personifies, so that it can react to events with great coordination and responsiveness in order to face change with dedication and constancy.

  • Communication is paramount when paving the way for a change. That is why it is placed right at the heart of our flower connecting each module. It is about building a bridge that can reach out to everyone and generate a functional dialogue.
  • In this phase information becomes a great opportunity for a two way exchange. We truly believe that all people should be the main characters of this transformation Everyone can provide examples of their own experience of change as the company is told through the stories and accounts of the people who actually make the change.
  • We deeply value and cherish what individuals feel and encourage their full empowerement.
  • Communication ties up concepts to behaviors, becoming a spark of change through objects and symbols. We see it as knowledge, transmission, integration proximity and transparency. It creates empowerment through the language of stories and the practicality of experiences and exercises.
