Our Client

An Italian company that produces underwear, socks and swimwear for women, men and children. It has several sales outlets throughout Italy as well as other stores abroad.

Our target

Department managers, specialising in People Management, and salespeople, more operational and customer satisfaction-oriented.

Needs Analysis

An initial analysis phase made clear the demand for support for the Management Team, in order to generate effective management approaches and methods. Furthermore, it was necessary to develop management skills for managers, as well as the creation of a positive and growth-oriented corporate climate.

Our solution

The aim of the project was to accompany the company on a development path involving all resources, from the management team to the sales staff, so as to enable consolidation and development towards the future. We supported the entire organisation in the development of integrated and suitable actions and behaviours, useful for the development of a motivating and results-oriented corporate context.

Project development

Following the first phase of needs analysis, we activated at the same time individual coaching courses for managers and training courses for both managers and sales people. These synergetic activities fostered the development of more aware and effective behaviours and management methods for those in people management roles. Operational resources also developed a sense of teamwork and mutual trust on the one hand, and more effective sales methods on the other.
