Needs Analysis

Providing support for the company’s employees during the ongoing change process, as well as assisting the HRBP in leading and facilitating this transition.

Our solution

The project aimed to establish a comprehensive framework for understanding the ongoing transformation in the company by comparing participants’ perceptions of individual, role, and system dimensions with an ideal model of HRBP Change. This framework aimed to generate personal reflection and identify areas for improvement, in order to bridge the gap between the current situation and the target state.

Project development

The HRBP workshops followed a logical-planning structure with six drivers, each with its own unique features. The definition of reference scenarios, the inspirational engagement of “active change agents,” and the in-depth analysis of emotions evoked by the change experience were among the fundamental stages of this journey. Specific tools were provided to manage these emotions and to regain balance, so as to implement appropriate behaviors in response to this evolution. In the final part of the course, participants engaged in playful-metaphorical activities, exploring dimensions related to engagement and learning storytelling techniques to be able to effectively narrate their experiences.
