Our Client

An Italian Consumer Credit Institution.

Needs Analysis

The Management Team was operating according to long-established patterns and acting according to relational dynamics that were not always functional. For this reason it was necessary to realign the team towards a common direction, establishing criteria for direct and authentic communication, both within the team and with collaborators.

Our solution

We developed a plan for the management team to define common Values, a shared Vision and Mission, in order to realign the team and, consequently, manage people. At a later stage, we also involved employees and designed communication training for them to create an aligned system.

Project development

Following the definition of Values, Vision and Mission with the management team, we emphasised the importance of always looking towards the same goal. The work carried out by the management team was then fed back to the employees during a “Convision” session after which they were involved in a training where they worked on topics such as feedback, assertiveness and generative conflict management.
