Our Client
Needs Analysis
The Bank underwent a period of restructuring and deep cultural change aimed at increasing its market positioning. There was a strong need to define a strategy for the effective implementation of the Business Plan, thus overcoming the factors that had slowed down the bank’s growth and the achievement of its prefigured objectives.
Our solution
In line with our I.Ri.S. consultancy approach, we proposed an intervention capable of engaging the whole business population in the transformation process, as well as in the co-creation of future projects and in the development of a new mindset.
Project development
We started off by working with the Bank’s Leadership Team with the aim of outlining together the necessary alignment and cohesion to pursue the desired results. The Bank’s Vision was redefined and we scheduled monthly consultation-supported moments of discussion with the Leadership Team.
After that, some 700 managers were selected according to criteria defined along with the Leadership Team, and were given the role of Engagers at different levels. The task of these Managers was to share information throughout the entire organisation and foster the involvement of the whole business population within the Bank. With this objective in mind, they periodically gathered in large events called “ConVision”, where the managers were aligned on the ongoing developments and were involved in the Bank’s decision-making processes. In the last year, local events were periodically organised, in order to foster greater engagement and widespread involvement.
At the same time, we activated the training of the Engagers to acquire key skills and which is still ongoing.
The HR Team followed, along with us, the whole co-construction and design of the project.
Aside from this path, we have also implemented a training cycle on Communication and feedback for all the company’s managers, so as to make the moments of discussion within the bank more fluid and functional.
