MY ROLE AT HERMES

I am a Senior Consultant at Hermes Consulting. My goal is to enhance the capacity, both for myself and others, to engage confidently in intricate environments. This is why I genuinely explore and make my humanity and professionalism available to every person at all management levels.

WHAT DRIVES ME

Cooperation is the highest form of aspiration for me. I actively work to bring as much happiness and beauty into people’s lives, as well as into business realities. Challenges have always been a source of motivation and engagement, resources from which to draw. As a facilitator, guide, director, teacher, for many years I have been implementing structured initiatives focused on organizational and human development for our clients.

AN OBJECT THAT DESCRIBES ME

Connection, sharing and evolution are elements that I consider to be moments of reflection, awareness, meditation, reconnection with people and the ecosystem, useful to create a harmonious and balanced ensemble. At the end of the day, I find myself sublimating my experiences by matching them with sounds generated with my personal handpan.
