Needs Analysis
Following the introduction of a new leadership model, comprised of various competencies and managerial levels, Managers highlighted the need to identify distinctive and unique competencies and take action on the corresponding behaviours. They also recognised the need to acquire the necessary tools for managing their employees and evaluating their performance in alignment with the new model.
Our solution
Considering the high number of managers involved, we supported the organisation by introducing the new Leadership Model and Performance Management with an agile and time-saving tool. We provided digital tools for managing people (e.g. the assignment of objectives, the reinforcement or re-orientation feedback, the interview and development plan, and so on), thus spreading the new corporate culture within the company’s according to its planned evaluation timeframe.
Project development
We developed a fully web-based training course in 10 stages, planned as if it were an in-person coaching session, i.e. with:
1) A theoretical framework structured with film clips to catch the interest of all participants.
2) An original video in which one of our trainers presented and developed the above-mentioned theoretical aspects.
3) A sit-com with illustrative situations of functional and dysfunctional behaviour.
4) A series of exercises and tests.
5) A section dedicated to the “Questions for the coach”. We have therefore created and put on the platform a digital training course, translating online the “human” elements of the face-to-face classroom.
