Our Client
Needs Analysis
The managers of the Management Team needed to be guided through a significant cultural shift towards corporate sustainability, which could lead them to a major breakthrough in terms of assuming more individual responsability and acting to foster ethical and sustainable governance.
Our solution
We thought of using the metaphor of Ambrogio Lorenzetti’s Good Governance Allegory in order to make our interlocutors understand certain concepts linked to acting for the Common Good. We wanted to convey the message that it is fundamental for a ‘good citizen’ to contribute to the entire community by taking personal responsibility for change.
Project development
We suggested using metaphorical and experiential learning activities, both indoors and outdoors, based on the above-mentioned metaphor. Then, we facilitated and guided the participants to reflect on how they could apply the concepts learned to their everyday work.
