Our Client
Needs Analysis
To offer a value proposition for its associates that would enable networking and increase expertise.
Our solution
We offered an intercompany mentoring course among associate companies, innovatively fostering, on the one hand, people’s professional and individual growth and, on the other hand, the possibility of expanding their network. We provided a staff of experienced coaches who supported the couples throughout the project, carrying out activities both in Italian and English.
Project development
The mentoring project lasted about 6 months. After defining with the client the main criteria to form the pairs and receiving applications from the member companies, we started a delicate matching operation that represents still today, after years of initiated paths, one of the distinctive elements of this programme. A coach was assigned to accompany the couple throughout the mentoring path, providing tools and helping mentors develop the capacity to make the mentees grow. The meetings were carried out both face-to-face and remotely, in Italian and English.
