Needs Analysis
The company has been proactively driving a transformation and innovation initiative, aimed at foreseeing and adapting to the rapidly evolving market landscape.
The change process initially only concerned the company’s internal structure, and then significantly impacted on the agent network. The need we detected on this target was, on the one hand, supporting the company towards a digitalisation process, both in-house and in outsourcing, and on the other hand backing up the Agency Manager when transitioning to a leadership position.
Our solution
In order to facilitate the corporate transformation and innovation, we suggested creating a specialized Master’s program for Agency Managers, equipping them with the essential skills to successfully navigate the dynamic market.
Project development
The training Master was made up of several consecutive modules focusing on “hard” skills, such as Economics Management, Marketing and the implementation of digital tools, as well as on softer skills concerning the management of coworkers, the leadership and coordination of corporate teams.
