Our Client

An important AMC (Asset Management Company) part of a leading Italian banking group specialising in products for both retail and institutional clients.

Needs Analysis

During our assessment, we observed a lack of enthusiasm and motivation towards the changes described in the Group’s Industrial Plan. Additionally, we identified a necessity to establish more precise strategies to attain increasingly ambitious business outcomes.

Our solution

To ensure the successful definition and execution of the new corporate strategy, we suggested involving various levels of the organisation in its practical implementation.

Project development

We listened to all the staff and gathered information on what had been done to implement the strategy. We suggested using our I.Ri.S. methodology (Regenerative Implementation of Corporate Strategies), engaging and activating the entire management team so as to develop actions to foster cultural change. By aligning individuals to work towards a common goal and generating actionable ideas and solutions to implement the strategy, our partners were able to expedite the achievement of their budget objectives. Some of these proposed ideas played a crucial role in achieving this outcome.
