Activities
Our voice is the manifestation of our deepest feelings. When we express them through singing, it produces important effects on both cognitive areas – by strengthening concentration, attention and memory – and on emotional areas, reducing fear and anger. As well as this, it activates the network of neuropeptides, our psychic molecules, leading to a strong increase in endorphins, oxytocin and dopamine. When we sing, the whole body sings and enters a state of obvious well-being. Rossana will guide us on a path of awareness, helping us use our voice, singing and breathing to develop a better management of our emotions, to reconnect with our own essence, and to achieve a stress reduction, fostering at the same time concentration and lucidity.
For this reason, the activity can also be used as a leadership development tool to support diversity within companies. Getting to know someone’s voice means finding their role in the world and, above all, giving this role a meaning that combines both material and immaterial, through a deep connection among individuals, united by Love and the expression of their greatest talents.
