In the face of the fast-paced and complex nature of today’s professional world, individuals require support in rediscovering their balance. As a result, we were asked for creating practical tools that could help individuals manage this complexity and restore positive energy, while remaining aligned with the company’s core values.
Our solution
We suggested empowering the Retail Market Area by providing participants with valuable tools that could be applied in their daily lives to manage stress, recognise emotions and related thoughts, and release positive energy.
Project development
This project was part of a larger effort to assist accounts, back offices, and managers of the Retail Market Area in navigating an ever-changing landscape. Our programme included a series of full-day workshops focused on person-centredness and self-management, as they we believe they are fundamental skills for managing complexity. Our aim was to elevate participants’ awareness, enabling them to develop new perspectives and approaches to reality based on their emotional state. By doing so, they could transform their experience and drive markedly different behaviours and outcomes.
