Needs Analysis
The Commercial Management team had made significant investments in increasing the female presence within the corporate networks. This decision was made as female promoters had demonstrated customer management methods that could more closely align with the new service model. As a result, we recognised the importance of creating a dedicated space for listening and acknowledging their specific needs to further enhance their level of engagement.
Our solution
In order to enhance the richness and added value of women within the organisation as well as in the business networks, it was important for us to better understand their specific needs, thus creating an empowerment pathway that would provide them with the tools to enhance the expression of their charisma and the powerful transformational energy they have within themselves.
Project development
Through the comparison with a representative sample of lor participants, we better understood their needs and constructed a modular pathway that would strengthen the expression of their talent and leadership, also providing them with tools to empower their energy to be usde in a functional and balanced way. Thanks to our approach, we strengthened their engagement with the company and at the same time provided them with key inputs for their own professional empowerment, leading them to generate better business results.
