Our Client

An Italian trade association specialising in the field of bicycles and motorcycles as well as in creating events that bring together those passionate about both two and four-wheel transportation with local businesses.

Our target

The professionals involved in the project were shopkeepers and cycle mechanics.

Needs Analysis

There was the need of merging the yearly gathering of Italian shopkeepers and mechanics with a valuable consultancy service that could not only engage participants, but also deliver practical industry insights and equip them with short-term tools.

Our solution

We designed two different key moments. The first one aimed to inspire and guide participants to experience the changes happening in their field in a positive and constructive way. The second moment focused on technical topics and aimed to provide practical and actionable solutions that could be implemented right away.

Project development

We kicked off the event with an inspiring workshop aimed at expanding our participants’ vision of new market trends. We took them on a journey to explore the evolution of the two-wheeler industry and drew parallels with a constantly changing world. Through this, we aimed to broaden their perspective and help them envision new opportunities and possibilities. The following workshop focused on the transformation of the role of the bike shopkeeper.
The second part of the project explored more specific and technical topics, involving participants in various sessions on sales techniques and team recognition.
