Needs Analysis
We identified the need for the company’s future leaders to grow through the promotion of a culture of Open Innovation fostering integration and collaboration among colleagues.
Our solution
We devised an integrated development project dedicated to some key people identified by the company, with the aim of supporting their growth and driving cultural change throughout the entire organisation, thus accelerating the processes of integration, innovation and knowledge sharing.
Project development
We proposed a multi-phased intervention, starting with a first stage in which we worked on communication, to move on to more behavioural issues. The path addressed to Future Leaders supported them in their managerial development along two main lines. One linked to the new Leadership Model with the aim of deepening and testing some proper managerial skills in order to make them become actual Ambassadors. The other, linked to the sharing of the culture and practice of Open Innovation, through the development of innovative projects and the realisation of their Business Plans.
