Our Client

A leading international company in the design, production and distribution of luxury accessories.

Needs Analysis

A reality with excellent business results, where, however, data from the annual climate survey had highlighted areas for improvement in terms of relationship between managers and employees. The majority of the employees, as a matter of fact, had reported minimal confrontation and a lack of feedback from managers.

Our solution

We focused on the expressed need to make the manager-employee relationship more effective by enhancing bosses’ managerial skills. If they excelled in technical expertise, they had opportunities for growth in people management. The objective was to activate feedback loops and focus on fostering the growth and development of individuals, so as to align them with the company’s objectives to be accomplished.

Project development

Starting from the output of the survey, we structured an intervention which, on the one hand, contributed to the construction of a business culture centred on feedback as an effective and valuable tool and, on the other hand, put the leaders in a position to acquire managerial tools in order to effectively transfer the sense of change to their employees and actively involve them in it. Throughout the project, we developed a start-up ConVision, that effectively unified individuals towards the company’s objective of development and growth. Subsequently, we organised interventions for each company facility involved, tailored to align with the timing and logistical needs of the work environment.
