Women
Women’s lives are complex because in our culture they are still largely involved in caring for and managing their families. This is often reflected in their working life and career development.
Recent research, as well as our experience, show that women often give up expressing their talents and ambitions because they themselves limit their scope for action, either because of a lack of confidence in their own abilities or because they are aware of their role in the family, which they fear they would have to give up if their job entailed greater responsibility.
We have dedicated extensive effort to supporting women in unleashing their talents and aligning them with the needs of their companies.
To support women in business we can:
- Involve company management and managers in better understanding the importance of creating more inclusive environments.
- Develop growth paths so that women find more self-confidence and a better work-life balance.
- Identify a personal endeavor that allows women to embrace their professional aspirations, be supportive partners, and nurturing mothers.
- Support motherhood with coaching programmes, enabling them to maintain managerial effectiveness, even working remotely, as well as their re-entry into the workplace.
- Develop mentoring programmes so that they also find the right support to develop their network of relationships.
- Develop inclusive languages for both women and men.
