Work Groups
An effective work group operates synergistically and is highly intertwined, as it shares self-management responsibility and maintains a high focus on the results to be achieved. It needs special management to grow, to learn and to continue and evolve.
Specialised management is required to foster its growth, facilitate its continuous learning, and drive its ongoing evolution.
Based on these assumptions, over the past 20 years we have developed integrated solutions such as:
- Con-Vision: a generative and sharing moment in which people are engaged, starting from a topic of interest to the company, in creative and experiential activities, aimed at identifying ideas, objectives and operational actions that can be applied straightaway within the company’s operational context.
Convision generates a context in which people can contribute to the organisation by actually feeling a real “part of the solution” and, consequently, acting with profound motivation and alignment with the company’s values.
When to involve a group in a Convision?
- When attempts to directly introduce a new concept or working method come to nought.
- When people fail to perceive the value or necessity associated with the change required by the company and subsequently fail to take meaningful action.
- To re-orient or accelerate a corporate change process.
- To share the company’s Vision and the strategic guidelines of an industrial plan, so as to empower all individuals and the whole business population in its pursuit.
- Outdoor Cultural Approach: A participatory experience that uses artistic metaphor to foster group involvement and team building, facilitating at the same time the exchange of mutual expectations and role identities along with thoughtful reflection on topics of significant corporate relevance, such as leadership, innovation, etc.
- Team Building: activities aimed at fostering cohesion and team spirit to help people find the energy to achieve common goals.
- Team Coaching: an effective tool for developing group performance. In Team Coaching, group dynamics are also given content, are brought to people’s attention, and are worked on to create effective team relationships.
