MY ROLE AT HERMES

As a Senior Consultant, my main focus is creating, seeking and sharing the inspiration that steers the journey of change. The ability to communicate has become an invaluable trait of mine. I like working in teams, designing projects with many colleagues is of great value to me. I put my skills at the service of the team to bring a genuine awareness of everybody’s capabilities, so that we can grow together.

WHAT DRIVES ME

I hold a profound conviction in the inherent worth of each individual, the inner essence that strives to bring about positive impact both within and beyond themselves. This authentic value represents the foundation for genuine and ethical transformations at a societal level. We all need fellow travellers. This has led me to seek meaningful and positive connections throughout my journey.

ABOUT ME

The enlightenment along my career path came when I looked at a friend’s garden: the disorder and neglect of the place showed me the beauty embedded in even the most imperfect of conditions, where life throbs despite chaos and confusion reigning all around. Thus, I realised that that garden was not so different from people, from those living in pursuit of meaning and a way to develop their own happiness.
